Tescos Frozen Foods Mega Reductions (merged) Updated!

went to local Tescos last night and they had a selection of ice creams at 97p, Mars Midnight, Bounty Mango and Passion Fruit (like Solero Exotic - yum!) in packs of 3 and also a special offer on malteser ice cream tubs....

Are they in the normal place for the item, eg a pizza in the pizza section etc or are they somewhere else? So far I haven't found any of the items mentioned, so I must be looking in the wrong place?

I picked up one of the Pizza's tonight from the reduced freezer section at my local marked at 9p, just finished it actually and it was delicious.

They tend to be in the normal section where the stuff is supposed to be, i.e. pizza with the other pizzas. However, I suspect some stores might have them somewhere else...

Most people have said that these bargains have bright yellow shelf labels, but in our Tesco they just have normal white ones (not that I've managed to get these bargains very often :rolleyes:).

And it's pot luck whether you ever find any of these, it depends on your store, etc. I usually get there too late, or my store don't have the stuff at all But good luck & happy hunting!

Totally off topic but,if anyone took up the Linda mcCartney offer for the free wine and have recently had a mailing from them with a £1 off 3 purchases it scans on its own without the purchases.

I had two mailings from them, both with draws and both with £1 vouchers. I also registered on the website, the Heinz one in the hope of more postal offers.

Not seen the promo packs around for a long time even though the offer does not close until December.

I have one Kumala voucher to use, still hoping for a good BOGOF or two for offer. tried Threshers but they got stroppy!

Spotted today Tesco Danish bar Rhubarb and custard reduced to 79p but buy two for £2 and scanned at 41p each!

They are scrummy too!

Northampton Mereway Tescos had tesco frozen steak pies (family size) for 14p each yesterday.I bought 6 and we had a couple for tea today.They are not bad for shop bought pies.I've only just started using this Tesco store. Value Fruit & Veg was really good prices too.(59p for 1.5kg bananas for example).I'll definately be back!
