good point! i already have adequate mortgage payment insurance plus my rental income, so i guess im sorted
yeah im hoping for 8 weeks and not 12 weeks after being ripped off by alliance and leicesters variable rate and a 2 year fixed that was only actually 1 year and 10 months duration!Mortgage free wannabe!:

just to update on this one, i rang hsbc who said they could limit the all monies part to certain accounts etc and would speak to first direct about it and get back to me. so far ive not heard anymore.
Interesting to know though, as i advised them i would definately not be taking any loans, credit cards or overdrafts with them otherwise!Mortgage free wannabe!:
