All stat demands should be treated as real, but this one is, its not an idle threat, history shows they will go through with it, so the OP needs to get it set aside if you can, but iven if you cant you have good grounds already to defeat a BR petition if you do your homework now and start keeping a detailed record of everything to expose them for what they are;)

You are being more than reasonable, they are not, if it gets as far as a petition that will go in your favour, so will the fact you made that payment.

PS from now on only deal with them in writing so yo have proof of there behaviour, if they dare put it in writing that is
