is it possible to make breadrolls with that 'crustless, fluffy, bakery t-cake' texture? my 3 year old has packed lunches and wont eat my attempts at 'soft bread rolls' from the recipe booklet. they were still dense and quite chewy.
is it possible or will i have to still buy them
thanks, vix
