Nat West had no right to send account to a DCA when an account is in dispute . I presume its a credit card account , because a overdraft does not come under the CC ACT. Did you send a default notice when the time limit was up? You have to do the request by the book and keep all records .
  • yes it is a credit card account..........no i did'nt sent a default notice.....can i do its know or is it to late ..i sent wescot the account in dispute letter and they sent me a letter asking for the information ...do i have to provide it should they send it back to natwest as the natwest cashed the 1 pound cheaque ....hope u can help thanx lins x x x

As you sent a request to NW , you send the default letter to them . It is the 30 +12 days letter . You will find the template letter in my thread somewhere , CCA REQUEST RESULTS
