Help needed!!

My problems is that I was on both SSP and Income support. But my claim has been stoped because I'm now getting more SSP which includes tax back.

The thing is that I'm now at college part time.

If i leave my empolyer, what benifits am I entittled to?

Do I sign on? And hope that its not when I'm at college?

Or do I make a fresh claim for Income support?

Any help is needed!!

Not sure about the benefits angle (someone more knowledgeable can tackle that one), but I'm just wondering how you can be too ill to work and yet at the same time manage to attend college?!

Basically I have lower bad back issues as well as pyschological issues that are being treated for. My job involves me being physically fit and mentally agile as I look after children.

Because I'm currently getting statutory sick pay due to lower back pain and stress.

The situation is now that I'm not to sure wheather to stay on SSP or claim benifits cause I cant work.
