Hi guys im new, but been lurking for a long time haha!!I didnt know where to put this post so if its in the wrong part of the forum I apologise!Basically i wondered if it was possible to reclaim "Account Cover Plus" payments from Additions?I am paying around £12 a month as well as £12 charges for late payments!!I sent a letter to them explaining why this was happening, I get paid on the last Thursday of each month and always pay more than the minimum payment but sometimes it is a 5 week month and they want paid in 28 days - so there is at least a few times a year where i am getting charged for late payments!If someone could let me know it would be great!
