Lots of bankruptcy questions - help!!

Seriously £50 for clothes! That's just marvellous. I'm really kinda short on things after stress weightloss!
And £10 for hair is great, I won't need to butcher it myself any more!
No professional bodies for me to belong too
Yes, the cat will be pleased to be know she has an important place in my life.
And in my reasons for bankruptcy is this okay? Do they want more information?
I had a depressive and suicidal incident and realised that I couldn't carry on with my job in advertising or live in London any more, I couldn't do the job I was doing any longer without sinking further into depression and could not earn the large salary I had previously been commanding.0 -
You will probably have to pay an IPA for 36 months but that won't be as bad as it was and you can inform the OR if you have a change in income at any point. The OR will alter the IPA up, down, suspend or even disolve it if needs be.
You probably can allow £20 for vets/pet insurance.
Please be aware these figures are not set in stone. They are just from what we have experianced on the boeard and what one OR will allow another may reduce or cut. But nothing ventured, nothing gained
Not to ggod with 'Reasons for BR' but it sounds fine to me. I am sure others will comment if they feel it isn't.
Can you just do another SOA for me with every thing listed, thanks.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Thanks v much - that's a relief. I've been really worried about it.
Also, do Payplan count as enough 'advice'?0 -
SOA looks fine, though I am tired and need my bed so might have missed something. I am sure someone will double check it.
Payplan are fine for professional advice.
Will get you a link to IPA's

Thank you so much tigerfeet for all your help.
Right then, my forms are filled in now and I just need to review and print them. And then ring the court. I wonder how long it will take to get an appointment.0 -
It varies from court to court. Some are walk in and others are appointment only.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Hi
You seem to be really doing well at getting your life back on track. Once you have the bankruptcy sorted at least you will no longer have such worries about debts.
Regarding your concern if you're not able to work due to illness, and therefore your income would be reduced, it is your duty to let the OR know of changes in your financial situation, whether that is earning more OR less. So any IPA can be adjusted accordingly.
Well done for sorting this out and I hope you don't have to wait to long for your court date.:j BSC 221 :jJanuary 2009 Club Number 7BR 30.01.090 -
Hey there web chic
Just noticed you have not posted that much and youve completed your forms already. Thats great the forms are quite complicated though(not trying to insult your intelligance) just make sure you have eveything spot on. God i asked loads of questions on here before i finished my forms (to be honest there still not totally complete).
Also
Car insurance seems cheap is it third party (when you are BR you wont have too much extra cash so if your car was damaged you would struggle. Maybe you could upgrade to fully comp)
Contents that seems cheap aswell mine a bit more than that you could get some online quotes make sure that your well covered
Hope this helps
