I am a housewife with 2 grown up children.
I have never had any debt problems.
I do buy from catalogues but always pay back.
Is there anyone you know of any companies who offer loans to housewifes.
I dont have a mortgage, i own my home out right.
I would like to help my daughter out without my husband knowing and would like some advice please.

my mum got a loan and credit card from Tescos and she doen't work without telling my dad, she may have lied about her income though I'm not sure. All paid off now anyway.0

How are you planning on paying the loan back?
I would imagine that they will look at your income and ability to repay and assuming you don't have any income, I doubt you will be approved. How much were you looking at borrowing?

Do it in joint names with your husband? (For the loan anyway).Kavanne

husband is not father of daughter?
husband is not part house owner?
marriage going no where!
anyway lots of loans ask only household income so just read the T&Cs carefully0 -

I've just read your previous posts and am guessing that you are posting on behalf of your mum.
You say in previous posts that you want to buy a new car but you can't get credit so your mum will take out the loan for you. You also say in previous posts that you are in a lot of debt and need help to get out of it.
With respect, taking out a loan for another car is not the way to get out of debt. The car you already have is only 3 years old, keep it a while longer and repay the debts you have before taking out more (in someone elses name!).
