this is my first post also - am looking into Avid also as I have heard some really good reports on them - Paddingtondoo and Philippa36 I have PM'd you both as would love to see some more photos of your wedding (which you look lovely by the way!)

Hi everyone i just wanted to recomend Avid photography too i went to a good friends wedding in august in preston lancashire and darren was the photographer and he was absolutly fantastic put it this way he did couples shots and made me and my hubby look liked we acctually loved each other :rotfl: :rotfl: my friend has got her pics now and they are fantastic xxxx

Can I be nosey and ask where the wedding was? I'm from Preston and getting married at Hurst Green.

Hi the wedding was at St James church in Leyland then at the Wellington Park also in Leyland Like i said cant recomend Darren enough and my friends pics are Fantastic xxxx

Hi All
I don't post on this site much but following a referral from here earlier this year I booked Darren at Avid Photography for our wedding on 28th December. I just want to say how professional, friendly and relaxed he was on the day and how pleased with the service we and the guests were - in particular as the day wasn't disrupted at all. He was also a lot of fun which was great for relaxing people.

On the day Darren gave me a quick preview of some of the photos on his camera and they looked fantastic - we can't wait to see the CD. We had a small day reception of 32 people (including children) and the hotel didn't have the best outside space for photos plus being a winter wedding we run out of natural light very quickly. Despite all of this, Darren still managed to capture over 600 shots including the staged ones we'd requested.

I can thoroughly recommend him to anyone getting married in the North West/North Wales areas.
