What's a BRA? No idea what mailplan I am on either but I had 1 item come later last camp and quite a few yellow dots this camp. Wish they would tell us in advance what will not be coming so we can tell our customers.

I am so stupid sometimes!!! Cos it was in caps LOL! I have these moments on the odd occasion!
I had a bra in the last campaign I was on, so next camp you should have the Christmas bubble bath and stuff?

I really hope the have some of the things left in stock when I come to my order date *fingers crossed*

My first delivery comes on Friday - really can't wait. Hope the rain stops soon though as I wanted to deliver some cats tonight!

Does anyone know if I will get the booklets that eveyone is talking about? I only started in Camp 10.

I am so peed off!! Got home looking forward to my delivery and it's been "left at another address. Please contact your Delivery Depot to arrange delivery" but the box below kind of has a tick in it "Returned to Delivery Depot". They close at 5:30 and I just got in now!!! This is my 3rd camp. First time they left it with my next door neighbour, then they put it in my storage thing in the garden (It isn't locked but they left it there) and now this!!!!! Great!

I have been and sorted out a customer return, she insisted on spending 10 minutes showing me that the pump didnt work. I told her she didnt need to show me it was fine i would refund her anyway. But she's a little old lady and probably liked the company.

Still got to collect all my cats that i didnt get earlier but im resigned to this campaign not being a good one despite all the fabby offers. As long as i make HOV ill be happy.

Still have to pin down some family memebers and ask them if they want anything as well as i havent seen any of them this week. So my order should be done tonight but i might wait till friday morning to hit send in case i have a stray customer who rings me with their order cos i keep missing then to pick the cat up.

Once nice big order would cheer me up no end though.

EDIT: just realised im such an idiot, the little lady who returned her item got a free gift for spending £15 which i forgot about and now she gets to keep it for free, so im even more out of pocket, but i suppose its good customer service.

Ive got all my cats back and NOT a single order in any of them this campaign is rubbish sales wise. So im gonna go through them now and make sure i havent missed anything off. Feeling a bit rubbish about my sales but it has made me more determined for C11.

Has any one had a message online saying great news you can now
use your avon discover flyer in campaign 12 and 13 aswell
which flyer is this i have the womans secret flyer and the smart six flyer
but not sure the smart six is for campaign 12 any way
or am i just having a blond moment:rolleyes:.

Rachjo, I got that message too and asked the very same question. It's the womans secret one. I don't have the other one?! Will I get that with my C11 - which I didn't get this evening!!!!!

I thought it was that one but was not sure but having been reading on
hear tonight and some people saying they had emails not to use it
it can be confusing sometimes i orderd out of it and got two free nail varnishs;) out of it no problems and they came friday even though they had
yellow dots at side of them
