I worked out this this camp I only "made" £11!! I collected £216 from customers and had to pay Avon £205.40. Next 2 camps the starter kit will be taken out so probably won't make much either, but I am buying myself things and in effect not paying for them each month, so money saved there. I am picking myself up now and feel a bit better about Avon, still getting used to it and like "normal" jobs suppose you will get your off days.
Found the invoice now!! Can pay it over the counter at lunch.0 -
My order hasnt arrived yet, im wishing it would hurry up. Im not very well today but i know as soon as it arrives it will cheer me up.
Someone asked me this morning if avon were ever gonna do a baby range, ie baby powder, shampoo, baby bath, moisturiser etc. I said i dont think so but it would be great for my sales if they ever did.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

My delivery was a bit late but all present and correct :j
Targets are ... £500 for C10/11/12 for OH and £683 over C10/11/12 for me so need £1183 altogether ... hoping to get quite a few sales at the party tomorrow night and by recanvassing territory with C9.
My friend said approx 25 guests at her party so have sorted out 20 C9's and 20 C10's to take, which I think will be enough? Have lots of extra order forms just in caseHave offered a free gift to any guest that places an order of £30 or more across the 2 brochures and offered my friend £1 to spend in brochure for every £10 of orders so hopefully she's warned people to spend spend spend :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'd love to start doing parties for adults but i have no idea how to structure one or what to do once i get there.
If anyone has any tips - i would be greatful.
Do you have a set script that you follow, or do you just make it up as you go along.
What products do you demo, is there a key list.
I think avon should invest in this a bit more and put a party pack together to help us out.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

I once put about a baby range in one of the feed back surveys. My sister would have loved it when my niece was young. It was always the baby shampoo or bubble bath that got forgotten on the supermarket shop - and most are soooooo expensive. They really should look into it, im sure it would be a winnerLife isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

Hi
I want to do this aswell, need to make more money as my sales havent been as good as i wanted so thought this would be a great place to start.
I emailed my SL and she sent me some examples of what to do (think she may of got them from Avon rather then making it up herself) but can send them to you if you like?
They include a short script to start with, then some easy ice breaker games. She also said about ordering in loads of samples and demo products for the customers to try.
I would be doing this at others houses, so will use an incentive like 20% off their order plus 5% commision off all orders.
On a separate thread, someone mentioned that they do manicures as part of it, but charge extra to make more money, which i thought was a great idea!!
I will be starting mine soon, so will let you know how they go... if i get any people wanting to do them lol!!

That's what the Associate scheme is for. If you qualify by C7 next year, you'll then have the remainder of the year to qualify in full. The 'normal' scheme has to begin and end at the same point for everybody to allow the top sellers' prizes etc to be awarded.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Im sure on here someone mentioned fit flops - I got my C10 catalogue from my rep today but cant find them, have I misread somewhere?0

They were in HT9 (pg 25) to appear in C11 - I've back-ordered them for my C10 after hearing loads of recommendations for them
ETA: Sorry just twigged you're a customer not a Rep - we get a special preview magazine you see. You'll be able to order them from the next brochure in a few weeks time.:jAvon Rep since C18 2008 (Sales Leader since C7 2009) and Usborne Rep since March 2008:j0 -
hi, does anyone know if avon provide a template for advertising in shop windows, ie newsagents? or do you just make your own up? if so, does anyone have an effective one I could use as a template please?0
