Ah ok, I was just curious as it sounds like a good way to get people who want to sign up but seems odd as to how/why you can buy their details!!!

How does it work starting being a SL? My ASM mentioned some bonuses? Is that if you sign up so many people within a certain time-frame?

I buys leads off Flissys - at £6 each it has certainly helped me to build my team. The leads are generated when someone applies through an approved non-Avon website but the SL who owns the website lives miles away so the lead is sold on to somebody closer.

The bonuses you refer to are the Fast Start cash bonuses - if you sign 3 reps in you first 2 campaigns you get £30, if you reach 5 in your first 3 campaigns you get an additional £50 cash paid into the bank. The reps must place on time MOV orders in order for you to qualify.

    Hope that helps :)

Thank you very much! Those leads sound really useful, will definately help me a lot, will have a good nosey on the website this weekend - somebody mentioned that there are useful documents on there too?

I wondered if any SL have a list of helpful hints & tips that give to rep's? I was thinking of writing my own to help new people, but didn't know if it would be a bit daft!

The doc library is a section on Flissys where we upload useful documents and hints/tips and allsorts of stuff to try and help each other out - including a new rep starter guide ;) . I've found it very useful for support and advice so think it's well worth the £1 a month.

It's getting a bit 'Pythonesque' - I suppose neither of you want to change your name to Bruce :rotfl:
