I didn't but I asked my SL if I should and she said not to worry this time round and if necessary she would give me my C7 books too as she always had loads and doesn't think it's fair for newbies to have to purchase their books straight away. I think I am quite lucky having her as my SL as she is always available, really helpful and a lovely person with it.

yeah your sl is really nice. My SL is quite new to the job so i dont think that she has got the hang of things yet.

I've just sent my SL another txt. She said she'd contact me when I got my order delivered to check everything was ok. I've already packed it and delivered it now. I've sent her another txt asking for more roads... watch this space!

I finally managed to get hold of my ASM so have plenty to keep me going now, will be interesting to see how many orders I get from them!

With my first 2 campaigns we had about 180 houses. 40 books the first time, and about 60 the second time.

We took the books out once we'd had the delivery from Avon (giving us a week off) and then picked them up 2 days later....re-delivered them & collected 2 days later & so on.

We did try giving people who had ordered the first time 4 days with the books, but a lot of them didn't even look at the books! So will be sticking to 2 days for the time being. I think, for most people at least, if they are going to order they'll look at the books straight away.

With the extra houses, we'll have the original 180 houses on the "new" books and then the new houses on the "old" books so that we haven't got to buy too many. Only ordered 60 of C6 & C7 with not knowing if I was getting any more territory, so will get fed up of going out so often, I think when we next order books we'll order at least 80. It will obviously cost more, but at least things won't be as rushed. And hopefully if I can make it to the pc then the books will be dead cheap

WOW :T Good luck with that.... Do you know if you only get your first year to reach PC or is it every 18 campaigns? Don't think I have much chance this time but if I can expand then maybe next time...

No idea actually lol!!!:p

I think there's somewhere on the Avon site (when you are logged in) that tells you how you are doing on reaching PC - that might give you a better idea of how many campaigns it is you have to reach pc.

Cool... although I only have 13 days left on this campaign. Have all my brochures out, about 40 more houses to do and only have £10 orders so far. Not done too well with work at the moment, credit crunch I think!
