I wanna DVD Recorder with 80gb or more hard drive

Has anyone bought a Hard Drive DVD recorder recently. I'd be interested to know what you thought of it. Panasonic and Sony make models that Argos have on offer for £320 (but cheaper elsewhere) but there are cheaper makes with similar specs (Philips, Liteon, etc) so I don't know which to go for before the internet suppliers go out of business courtesy of Sony, etc.
