i am behind on an unsecured loan however I am paying £100/month short by £60
i do speak to the bank and they have told me they cant make a long term agreement(a few months) so every 16 days they ring me I explain they say thats fine dont worry then take money out of my account leaving me with nothing i ask for it back they give it back but i have to go into the bank to do so. Can they do this even although they accept the £100

open a new a/c at a bank you owe nothing to and get your money paid into in asap.0
