• This prize draw is open to residents of mainland UK only, aged 18 years or over, who hold a full UK driving license.
• The prize will be a new Volkswagen Polo E 1.2, 3 door. Specification will be at the Company's discretion. First registration fee and 1 year's road fund license are included. No cash alternative will be offered.
• The winner shall be responsible for obtaining their own car insurance.
• Employees of Vindis Group Limited and associated Companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible for entry into the draw.
• No purchase necessary.
• The Closing Date is 15th March 2009.
• Entries may be submitted via www.vindisgroup.com, or at one of the Vindis locations listed on the above website, or at a Vindis off-site promotion.
• Only one entry per household. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
• The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by the closing date, in the presence of an independent adjudicator. The draw will be made week commencing 16th March 2009 and the winner will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the draw. The winner's name will be published on www.vindisgroup.com.
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
