not sure if you live near any outlet villages - but often the jeans shops like Gap etc have very small/long legged sizes in abundance - try using the 30% off voucher (for Gap) that's posted elsewhere on this site

My OH has this problem, and our eldest son is definately growing out of a 34" leg so I know the problem this causes.
Gap sell jeans in a 36" leg, now I know they are generally more expensive than £25, but Oh gets a pair which are I think £30 and they do wear well. It is also a good idea to remember this when Gap are having a sale as you can get some cheaper ones then.

TKmaxx has recently had a few pairs of designer jeans in 36" leg too.

I find that in the high and mighty type shops it is hard to buy small enough waist sizes and so tend not to look there anymore, so it would depend on what you were looking for. (OH is 34", DS is only 28"!! so the poor wee soul has to wear a 30" and a belt!!)


I also remember that Levi 501s used to come in 36" as well as Wrangler did one too.

Sorry, I didn't see that you were looking for jeans under £25. I wish you good luck with that, as someone whose just under 7 foot tall. It's going to be quite a task unless you can travel abroad?

I'm a newbie here and have only just come across this thread. Some really good info as I struggle to get jeans for my Son, he's 16 and 6' 5". I managed to get him a pair of Levis slim fit jeans which are a 34 and they look ok but I hadn't realised GAP did extra length jeans so will definately bare that in mind and the American site looks really good for custom made jeans.

For anyone looking for longer trousers, M&S do a good range though you will probably need to order them in. I was dreading finding school trousers this year but they were a life saver as I got a 35 leg but not so cheap for school at £29.50 a pair.
