No this isnt the case as the broker applied to accord first who declined.

i recieved this letter from kensington this morning it says this..
i am writing to confirm that due to arrears the account was subject to litigation in july 2006,however the account was brought up to date before a hearing could take place and the proceedings were withdrawn on the 24th august 2006.

i have spoken to the broker who has spoken to solent and says that as far as she is concerned the letter should be ok.

    what do you guys think??

You have to go with the broker as they have spoken with the prospective lender.

i know but what if you think the broker is talkin bull!!
i feel that this is going to cause a decline and if this is the case i want to know now.
my broker wants me to print off bank statements from march to august take them to the bank to be verified to prove the mortgage has been paid since then and send them together with the letter.
i have to send them to the broker who then sends them to the packager who then sends them to the lender.
i cant be bothered to prat about doing all of this and wait maybe another 2 weeks to be told NO.

There's no incentive for the broker to 'talk bull' - they won't get paid commission from the lender until the mortgage completes.
All you can do is supply the lender everything they're asking for and see what the decision is.
