DIY frozen veg steam bags

I want to make my own frozen veg bags, the sort that Captain Birds Eye make which contain rice, sweetcorn, peas, broccoli and you just chuck the bag straight in the microwave. These are great but really overpriced and also are pre-seasoned and I prefer to avoid salt where possible.
Do you think this will be relatively easy to do? Bags of frozen sweetcorn/peas are relatively cheap and I recently blanched and froze a load of broccoli, I've always got a load of frozen rice in the freezer too. So how do I put this all together to make it easy to microwave straight from the freezer?
