Well put it this way, it isnt the Ritz!

Last time we got a full refund due to an very long waiting time and food being stone cold when it eventually arrived. All depends on individual pub I guess.

I ate there a few years back and wasn't impressed. It's a bit like little chef I suppose. I still occasionally eat at little chefs. However, if I had a choice, I'd always seek out a decent independant pub.

Last time I went I ordered steak. It tasted lovely but it was really really chewy like leather. So I complained and got my money back. The time before that I was really happy with the food. So I think it depends on a lot of things.

  • The foods not as bad as it used to be but is probably not worth the prices they charge. However with a voucher it not bad value for money. Its all mass produced "chain pub" food.

  • My local one is pretty good. Fast and friendly. The food is your usual Wetherspoons/Beefeater grub but I think it's priced pretty well.

All down to the individual I suppose (plus they offer nectar points)
