Done a search only found one entry in CLOSED from last year so hopefully this isn't a duplicate for my first time!

Details on reverse of receipt received after a meal last Thursday, its a survey to rate how your dining experience was!

The initial contest starts on 30 September 2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. on the www.tobycarvery-survey.co.uk website and such other websites as may be determined by the Promoter from time to time at the Promoter’s sole discretion (together the "Website") and on such telephone numbers as may be determined by the Promoter from time to time at the Promoter’s sole discretion (the “Telephone”) and ends on 06 October 2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. Subsequent weekly contests will follow each Sunday beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. and end one week later on Saturday at 11:59:59 p.m.

I cannot see any indication that the promotion has ended.

I can't put my nearest Toby Carvery's number in the box...it doesn't fit
