Whenever I've been charged duty on goods from Strawberrynet.com I have emailed them with photocopies of the receipt and the duty label on the package and they have immediately refunded the amount to my credit card.

I've bought from Strawberrynet.com about three times (Lancome skincare items);) and have every confidence in them. Also it was posted a while back that you should only purchase one thing at a time from them as larger packages may attract more duty. You also get 1% extra discount for the second purchase and 2% extra for the third and so on - I think its up to an extra 5% off.
I would have no qualms in recommending this site.
