So far spent nothing today but the urge to smoke is unbearable.
Still i wont smoke as i have said i'm going to give up just like i told
everyone i want to save money.
So far so good but will get better " i hope " :A
It gets SO much better and so much easier. I've just finished week 6 of quitting and I have no nails left, but I do have fresh breath and the ability to get out of bed without hawking up my lungs. Just remember how smug you'll feel in a couple of weeks when you're inside in the warm and all the people still smoking are standing on doorsteps smoking their cash away in the freezing sleet
If you really can't cope, try seeing your GP and asking for some help - mine (who normally regards patients as a nuisance which interferes with his golf) bent over backwards to get me Zyban and telephone counselling.

Thanks KatrinaC
I have done it before and i will do it again.
I know it gets easier every day. I must admit i have smoked Once today just before i finished work and i have let myself down but i dont have any more tobacco because what i had left has just been flushed down the toilet.
I dont have any more money until next week now so cant by any. I know the weekend will be hard but hey, no one said it would be easy.
The last time i gave up i felt soo much better ( even if i was coughing up crap for the first few week ) and i know i will feel better for it both in health and in pocket.
Thanks for your post x****************************************
