hi, i cant find an email address but on my pack of newborn huggies here there is a phone number 0800 587 5298

hiya.
I've had this problem with huggies too when Ive bought them on offer.
Ive contacted them twice but both times I went to the website and their was a form to fill in to contact them. Ive tried looking at the website now to find the link for you but it says the website is under construction now!
Hopefull someone will come up with a number for you, but I do remember that you need the ref number from the pack of nappies and the ref number on the actual tabs on the nappies themselves (if you can make it out on your nappies!). So if you dont get an email address or phone number it would be worth making a note of the reference numbers and keep checking the website for it to be back up and running?
Good luck with it anyhow!

I had the same problem, used parcel tape to hold the nappy on and never bought Huggies again. I have always found Pampers the best, especially when they are younger (i.e. under 6 months). :dance:0

Hi, I had this problem with huggies quite a few times but put it down to one of those things. I use Pampers now tho the have much more stretch in them and i think thats why the huggies used to rip coz they had no stretch in the sides0

Hi,
I had this problem when i went on holiday with my twins and 2 big packs of huggies, over half were defective!
I complained by email to consumeruk@kcc.com and while they didn't reply to my email or anything, i was sent 3 x £9 vouchers and an apology within 2 weeks.
Hope that helps!0 -

I used huggies for my son all the way through never had this problem, they were great and never leaked. When we did put him in pampers (whilst on holiday)he kept leaking!0

I stopped using huggies in `997 on my dd as they tabs came off all the time! So 11 yrs on they are still rubbish lol.
Save yourself some money and by tesco own brand they are also very good nappies.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0 -
Any time I had a similar problem with nappies (I used Pampers for dd and Huggies for ds) I called the customer service number on the pack and was always sent vouchers for replacements0

stick to pampers as the rest say.
huggies also seems to leave red marks on my little oneNo reliance should be placed on the above.0
