Don't tell them you got it from Sainsburys either, my mum did and the woman questioned her.

thanks jadring, when you say "bought the jar" do you have to say what type of jar or just a nescafe coffee jar?

I just rang and said I bought mine from Somerfield and they didnt question anything.

isnt a sample something you get to try the product so why should we buy a jar to get a sample.. if they cant just send us a sample when asked tell them to stick there product they not the only ones...

Apparently they question where you bought it to check whether they are advertising in that chain of shops. They are not advertising in somerfield so I was told.

When i phoned today the lady said 'on a jar?' we are not advertising on jars, are you sure? have you got it in front of you?'

Got mine this morning, there are 2 sachets, 1 gold blend half caff the other original half caff.
