Queen,
I'm a bit confused, in your other post you say they advise NOT handing the keys back?
Are you entitled to any help with mortgage interest payments or other benefits?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I have spoke with a debt advisor this morning who said becauase we do not have enough income for day to day living the court would refuse BR the only option she could advise was to hand keys back, go into rented to reduce living costs and then go BR I am so confused0

Queen why don't you pop your SOA up for us to have a look.
Do you really want to stay in the house or would it be a relief to be in rented? Do you know what the local rentals are?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
