There will be two draws. On the 18th September two winners will be selected from all entries received up until that point. On the 30th September one further winner will be chosen from all entries.

Open to UK residents aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person. Only fully completed entries will be accepted.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
The winners will need to provide photographic ID proving that they are all aged 21 years or over and this must be submitted within 3 days of notification of the win.
The closing date for entries is 30.09.08. There will be two draws. Draw one will take place on 18.09.08. Two winners will be selected from all entries received up until that point. The winners will be the first two entries drawn at random from all valid entries. The winners will be notified by email or telephone on 19.09.08.
Draw two will take place on 30.09.08. One winner will be selected from all entries received, excluding the winners from draw one. The winner will be the first entries drawn at random from all valid entries. The winners will be notified by email or telephone on 01.10.08.
The prize winners' details will be available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE marked “JD Set Birthday Website Winners” to the Promoter at the address below after 30.09.08.

There are three prizes to be won.
The prizes each consist of a 2 full day trip for the prize-winner and a guest to Lynchburg, Tennessee to enjoy the Jack Daniel's birthday celebrations. The prizes includes return flights from promoter's nominated UK departure airport (Gatwick) on 17th October and returning on 19th October to arrive in the UK on 20th October; 4 star hotel accommodation in Nashville to include breakfast for two nights; return ground transfers from Atlanta airport to the hotel in Nashville; tasting and tour of the Jack Daniel's distillery; lunch and evening meal on Saturday 18th October; free attendance to the Birthday JD set on Saturday 18th October in Lynchburg with transport to and from hotel.

The performance line up may be subject to change. Hotel rooms will be based on 2 people sharing. The promoter will book and pay for each prize as agent for the prize-winners and their guests, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator.
The prize-winners and guests must hold valid passports with 6 months' validity remaining, and must not require a prearranged visa in order to travel to the US. Prize-winners and guests must also comply with immigration requirements for entry into the USA.
All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the prize-winners and their guests. All additional expenses including without limitation, spending money, travel to and from UK departure airport and insurance cover are the responsibility of the prize-winners.
The promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winners and guests not validate all of their identity and age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and compliance with US immigration criteria must be verified within 3 days of notification.
The prize winners may be required to participate in future publicity. Any amendments to or cancellation of the prize made by a prize winner after the arrangements are confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should an original winner fail to validate his/her identity and age to the Promoter's satisfaction and within the time period set out above. The prizes are as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. The terms and conditions of the Promoter's agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply. The Promoter shall bear no liability in relation to these services provided by these third parties.
