Feel Like I'm Starting to Slip Back

Hi - I've lurked here for ages, think it's a brilliant site and have now plucked up the courage to post a few times.
I started a DMP in December 05 with PayPlan and since that time I have been really really disciplined and kept in budget every single pay period (I work for the local council so get paid 13 times a year - every four weeks). Sometime it's been hard but I was totally determined to turn things around, work out a budget and stick to it to the letter. Things have been fine but I now feel I've reached a kind of hiatus - I changed gas/electricity suppliers and didn't have to make my payment to my old suppliers this month plus I run a mail order catalogue and because I was so far in advance with payments from customers, I didn't have to make a payment on that either. I also got a debit card from my bank whereas before I simply had a cash card to get money from the ATM. I topped up my phone on Friday night using my new debit card and it felt really strange, I also had a look on Ebay and at Play.com and was really tempted to buy something - I resisted however;) and didn't give into temptation.
I feel as if I really need to get back on the straight and narrow as I don't want to go down the same path as I did before, maybe I've been too strict with myself and this is a natural reaction, I dont know but to be honest I've been seriously thinking about missing my PayPlan payment this month as I've changed it from 13 times per year to fit in with my pay periods to 12, paying it on a monthly basis on the 28th of the month along with my other DDs. I know I shouldn't and I probably wont' but believe me, the temptation is there cos the bank have set it up for my next payment to come out on 28 October rather than 28 September. Please give me a swift kick up the backside and tell me to get a grip  Anybody else ever felt like this, I was doing so well but I'm worried the rot is about to set in .........

kick up bum haha dont be too tough but dont spend if you shouldnt really and if your going to miss an important payment its not very good
keep up the goood work xx
The loans will pay themselves the credit cards need a kicking :money: DFW Long haulers supporter 132!!:T0 -
Try to keep paying to protect your situation. Your creditors could start adding charges / interest etc or stop being part of it!
Also if you miss a payment you may be tempted to do it again.
Think you are helping yourself with your Dmp AND not by spending on a whim!
You could increase your budget to give yourself a small treat each month!
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!0
