are u sure its free val and legals - YBS normally charge for thier own affiliated solicitors whiich will probably come to about £300-400

was just looking at HSBC - they have some good rates, but what is hidden is the vals and legals again plus the fee.

i wish they'd include it all.....so much hassle looking for the "small print"

Good question, it says "free legals" on the summary page for the specific mortgage but when getting the KFI there is no mention of the free legals and valuation...

brittania aint bad too - but charge 180 for remortgage fees.

The 5.59% product has got free legals and vals for re-mortgages.
