Fredericon International Limited - Where Do I Stand

Hi, I'm half way through a DMP with PayPlan and today received a letter from Fredricksons re a debt to Littlewoods which is paid on the button every month. They're saying that their client is now Phoenix Recoveries (UK) Ltd and that my current repayment arrangements are being reviewed and in order to repay the debt within a reasonable period of time I need to be looking to increase my current instalment rate.

Who are Phoenix Recoveries, why have they now got my debt and how do I stand with this one, do I send this letter to PayPlan or do I deal with it myself and contact the firm?? My DMP has been relatively pain free up until now and I'd really like to keep it that way so any advice would be very welcome - thanks guys :beer:

Me and my G/F are with payplan, and receiving letters/phone calls from Fredrickson.....and they are a pain in the !!!! (sorry for the foul!) .

They have now sent a letter from their solicitors demanding us to pay them a suitable payment.........

Although we have phoned them and expalining that we cant pay them more. We have just sent them today a CCA. try a CCA search on this forum...

Give Payplan a ring and explain to them...
