Good and bad day today: I got an S&G body butter set for £4 to put away, as well as some of the new Sanctuary Body Butter (x2) and shower cream (used a voucher-thanks Patty, my little angel xxx) and got the shower cream free and paid £2 for the extra body butter, so £9,45 for all three. Two for my mum at Xmas, one body butter for me. Yay!
Then I finally found a SS till and an Autumn Pallette (been looking all over and spent an hour and a 1/4 on a bus each way today to get to Norwich to find this, lol) and went to use my pinky (Patty xxx) and a white ss No 7 slip from Ebay (was shaking, lol) when a s.a. came up and started talking me through the till. Wah! _pale_
She hovered the whole time and I had to use my pinky and watch it slip slide away into the little slot, thus spoiling my chances of a 75p bargain forever more.
Honestly, I felt sick, lol.
Never mind, hey! I did manage to get dd1 some capri footless tights for £1.25 x 2 and used a 100 pts from the acm each time and some large mirrored photo frames at half price and bogof (Xmas again), so I guess I should just shurrup and be thankful, lol. :rotfl:
No R&M bags anywhere, which was the other reason why I went up. I may have to invest in one of the new Ted Baker ones instead. They are cute as a button.
Also tried (and failed) with the JK files. *sigh*(((spoons)))0 -
Whats this about something scanning for 0p?

I need to go to another town to browse all the goodies in the next few days. If I browse too long at my local, the friendly chap in a uniform seems to appear at my shoulder these days. It doesn't bother me that much when "spending" but when browsing I would rather do this in peace. Leave OH and DD behind, so don't want other company!Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. charleypink wrote: »hi everyone,
I used a ss till today for the first time, to purchase the new mascara and gwp. I used a pinkie and ts so only paid £1.50.
Even better, i didn't realise i had to put the vouchers into the till, so walked away and used them again!! i picked up the limited edition tickled pink lip gloss and r&m nail buffer.
Im not sure if anyone has mentioned, but if you spend £5.00 on mens fcuk you get a free wah bag which is normally £12.00. i got one for a xmas pressie, its really smart.
I didn't realise you had to post the vouchers either, so just chucked them in the carrier bag. A very nice SA marched over and delved in to the bag and took them. Now at the time it didn't occur to me that I would use them again (although I probably would have tried it) I felt like a criminal, so was glad to get rid of the last of my vouchers.0 -

( and I don't mean the sites not working)Had a look to see if JK offer was still on (not) so had a mess on .com and came across this
Buy 3 items from below and only pay for 1 as it is applying a discount for
3 for 2 on selected Beauty Accessories 3 for 2 mix and match on selected cosmetics and No7 products
Jemma Kidd make up essentials face brush ~ £10
Jemma Kidd make up essentilas cheek brush ~ £9Jemma Kidd make up school double mirror ~ £10Jemma Kidd make up essentials eye define brush ~ £8
Jemma Kidd make up essentials Quintessential brushset £20
Jemma kidd make up essentials make up box ~ £8
Jemma Kidd make up essentials eyelash curler ~ £9
Jemma Kidd make up school essentials handbag brush ~ £8
Jemma Kidd tweezers ~ £12
Jemma Kidd make up school essential eyes on the go ~ £4.50
Jemma Kidd Nail Buffer ~£4
No7 essentials manicure set ~ £15
No7 mini brush set ~ £8No7 is also giving me 10% discount (original price)
Also only seems to work on 3 of the same items for the discounts to work, but you can add say 3 x jk buffers, 3 x No7 make up brush sets etc and it will work but won't work if you put in No7 make up brushes x 1 jk file x 1 and jk tweezers for example ( hope you understand what I am on about !)Tried this instore earlier with the No7 manicure sets and it did not work BTWThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M.
