  • Just a quicky before I go to bed, addictedtolush, you might want to check out WHSmiths at whatever station you're going to, the Liverpool Street one had loads of Glamour mags left today with those L'Oreal eye/lip palettes. Only £2 and there's a points coupon in them for Aussie hair stuff too.

PS Thank you Pash for explaining PMSL to me! I have read abbreviations on first page but couldn't see that one although I think I understand why now.

Thanks honey, much appreciated. Sod doing a sightseeing tour of London, I am doing a boots tour of London so will probably stop there on my travels. Thanks again! xx

Can anyone explainn the 17 glitch to me?

The 17 glitch is there is currently a voucher for a free 17 lipstick wyb a 17 product, and as cosmetics are on 342 you could do the following:

    17 lipstick £4.29
    17 product £x.xx
    other item on 342 £-.--

now as long as £-.-- is less than £x.xx you hand over the 17 voucher and just pay £x.xx, although I think it would work if the 17 item was the cheapest item too.

Just thought I would mention that my own personal order of nappies has not been despatched.

My RL sis in law and best friend x 2 who are due 4 weeks before me, I informed them of glitch and grabbed theirs first. Didn't think to order some for me, thats what happens when your DD looks at you, at 2 am in the morning and throws up all over you.......again and again.......:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

So potentially if all this sudden boom of nappies buying alerts boots, then my order won't arrive anyway. I'll just tell the DD (its a girl bump by the way) sorry chick, no nappies today, told the lovely expectant mums to be and newborn babies to grab them, and silly mummy forgot us lol.

Hey there are loads more chances to grab them in store, on great deals so I will keep my eyes peeled.

And thank you to those that have sent me pampers newborn save £1, or £2 I have been getting those, so will have some nappies at least :T :T

Mind you, as this is my second girl my list of things to buy are RUBBISH, its so small, so in fact I said to family buy nappies for me.......so hope someone got a bargain tonight.

Now off to post what to buy tomorrow.......as need a little hand on a couple of bits, will you help or am i banned lol:confused: :rotfl:

I know where the JK files are, thanks anyway, I got some before but when I went the other day there were none on the shelf and a JK brush had been put there by mistake. I don't really want any more nail files plus I hardly have any money at the moment but asked CS as I was ringing them about a problem anyway.

Aww flower, get yourself into mystery shopping babe. You make easy money out of it (but you do have to pay taxes). Or try joining some survey companies (list of companies in my signature). Ipsos are great as when you have enough points you can ask for Boots vouchers. Just the other day, I ordered £30 worth. Woohoo.

Who was it that when they pressed the THANKS button it flew them to the top of the page every time?
Are you reading & did you fix the problem as it's happening to me now & bugging me something cronic.

    Thanks
  • Are Bratz still cool or are they so 2007 now?!
I saw Bratz perfume in Boots today reduced to 2.50 they also had a shine spray which was reduced and a Barbie perfume - sorry I can't remember how much these were, they were all behind the perfume counter with a reduced SEL. I thought these might make good stocking fillers if anyone still likes Bratz? Aren't all little girls into High School Musical these days though? I can't keep up!
