I followed the link online, and filled in the form. But looking at it again, it looks like the link to join the health club, actually takes you to the advantage card application form, which probably explains the new card arriving.

I have just put a few things in the online basket, and i definately don't have health club. I have, however, just posted a health club appliction form i picked up in store, as i cannot find any way to join online. Maybe it just needs activating, but i have not been told that by Boots.

My old card was a bit faulty, so i will keep the new one. I don't suppose you can cancel an old card online?

hi im due no 4 in march and would love to know of any offers on baby stuff i dont get a chance to get on much as you can guess with 3 kids lol but trying to buy each week to spread the cost!
