a quick question to you guys... if you wanted to buy something from boots or any shop and you saw that the gift for example had something missing and all the others on the shelves had a part missing too... would it be wrong to take a product from the other incomplete pack and put it in your pack to make it complete and than go and pay for it?
hope that made sense.0 -
curly_em, im sure that'd be fine x'They only had one cow!'0

Can't see any reason why you can't return the file. hthOh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -
Er...just to explain things!
It was not a question of only sharing with regular posters!
It was about making sure people have got a baby or are expecting instead of people who just want to sell the item!
I think all the regular posters are very friendly and welcoming to newer or less frequent posters actually...go post in the money savers arms...you'll see the difference!
here here, that is how I saw it.. and I think it is very fair.. Prof Broc says it is still in stock so there is still plenty to go round.. panic not peeps!0 -

Glider is there any chance of an idiots guide to these, nephew due on 06/10 already got nappies and a few bits but dont know where to start, and also thankyou to everyone who posted re the baskets and wrappings.
Hi Lupyloo
I found some videos on YouTube that people has posted of themselves making nappy cakes. some are naff but there are a few good ones, which helped me make the basic cake (3 tiers) and then you can go totally creative adding toiletries and face cloths etc in. Also, a tip I picked up was to use an 8oz baby bottle to hold tiers together but fill with sweeties so the mum & daad get a treat too.
(God, now I have started posting for the first times, I can't stop!!)0 -
hi Glidergirluk
where did you get your cellophane from if you don't mind me asking? I am halfway through a 3 tier nappy cake for my sister-in-law but would like to add the finishing touches, like cellophane, bow, silver tray thingy etc
Cheers!
Not glidergilruk, but i've got cellophane from 'flowerhour' on Ebay, it came this morning (only bought it Wedesday night) and is lovely - they have lots of different patterns. Also got the bows from our local garden centre/florist.
