I did a .com order late last night and it kept mucking me about. When I finally got past payment and into check 'my account status' it hadn't included a toy on the buy 3-4-2 promotion.
I tried to update, but was obviously to late, so tried to re-order the same items including the free toy. It worked!
Only when I checked again on 'my account' it then showed both orders .....................
I rang CS this morning and they don't have a facility to cancell such mistakes, so am being charged twice now.
Delivery says 17th Sept: confirmation email says 'dispatched' ????
CS told me not to accept the wrong order, then said I won't be able to tell which order is which untill I undo it?
The new site is really getting on my nerves, I know I put the 3-4-2 in my basket but by the time I'd paid it had dissappeared.

this was a good few days ago, they had about another 2 left. They also had the other types but I cant remember now if they were reduced or not duh im not very good am I. They also had the soap and glory jam sessions which I got 2 of but they still had 2 left after that.

Think its just your luck as I have tried several times in this store to get jam sessions without luck and this day i was gobsmacked when i seen it. So hope you are lucky too

Had a bit of a rubbish shop today as no breast cancer care stuff and sa wouldnt let me use my tillspit too (nice enough about it)

Used: Pinky, 350 points acm. £2 max factor wouldnt work
Total: £10.99 plus 350 points
Does anyone have a spare max factor gwp, the large vanity case one? They had them today but i was too chicken to get one even though i was buying max factor:o I want it to use instead of a basket for one of my gift hampers, would be perfect
