Eligible for PPI Reclaiming.
Options
I have been reading up on PPI reclaiming, but un-sure if I am eligible to go ahead with it.
I originally had a loan with Tesco, with insurance, I then moved the loan to Lloyds TSB and paid the original tesco loan off.
I am sure, but will need to check but I think my new Lloyds loan has insurance.
My question is, can I try and claim the insurance back from both the tesco and the lloyds loan?!?
I would appreciate any help or hints that anyone would like to share with me.
Neil.

Hi there Neil.
Sorry to be a pain hun, if you add this in the "reclaiming discussion" thread you will receive more advice and info.
If you click on loans you will find that actual forum mainly at the top of the page.;)
If you believe you were mis sold the ppi then you have every right to try and reclaim on this.
Check the above red square "reclaim £1,000's" on that page will give you some ideas and there is also a template you can also use, just delete what does not occur to you and add in more of your own information on top.
If you would like further advice on this hun, please feel free to ask anytime where one of us will come back to guide you.
And again if you don't mind me saying add your posts on the one mentioned as above.;)
Good luck!
Di.
