Brew my own beer/lager

Does anybody know where you can buy cheap homebrew kits and refills? I haven't seen anywhere yet that works out cheaper than buying 24 cans in a supermarket!

    You may have answered your question... I used to brew my own many years ago, but supermarket booze is now much cheaper. Sure I've seen kits in Wilkinson's and there are a few on-line suppliers, try googling 'uk home brew kit' (without the quotes) - possibly worth it if you drink a fair bit at home.
