Hi I`m after advice on a loan that was taken out in MAY 1996,yes 1996,it was for £5500 after 6 months we got into difficulty in repaying and came to an arrangement to repay.To date,after the company was taken over by Paragon pers finance we had up to Nov 05 which was the last print out received I have to requested an updated one repaid £12.729.22 and according to paragon the account still is £800 from being paid off.I need some solid advice on how and where to go on this one.rsvp
