I had bookmarked a free to use table planner, you write the guests names in and it lets you organize them into tables.
Anyone know where i can find it, or one like it please?

I tried a free trial but can't remember which site it was.
In the end I found it quite frustrating and ended up writing names on slips of paper, playing around with them and then sticking them down.
As far as the actual table plan for the day our venue did that as part of the package.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I used ukbride (just google it, can't remember if it's a .co.uk or a .com) It has an interactive table planner in, you put your guests on the guest list and they appear as little pink or blue circles.. You can choose the shape of table and number of seats... and have great fun pretending MIL is eating in the toilet...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
