Help!!! Asos.com!!! Agghhh!

HELLO!

I'm in a spot of bother everyone and i need some help!

Okay, to put it simply i've ordered from ASOS 4/5 days ago - unfortunatly i have not recieved shipment emails AND they've debited my aco!!!! for the products.

I've tried to contact them via there contact forms on theire website - but to no avail - i get emails myself saying my message has failed (from the postmaster) - this is rather worrying to me :S

I've never recieved such poor service from them before - they are usually very very quick.

Hope you can offer some advice - thank you

log in to your account on asos.com and see what the status of the order is

My order placed on the 04/09/08 says ''Order Processing''??

It's never taken this long before.... :S Plus they've debited my card.... :S

this was well over 5 days ago... nearly 6....??

What kind of card did you pay by...if by a credit card you are protected. either way, you may want to talk to the bank. perhaps leave it a week and if necessary then start the procedure for the bank to claim the funds back.

i have purchased from this company and theres nothing to worry about . they are a major fashion retailer and they will definately not rip you or anyone else off. im sure it will turn up in the next 48 hours
