I had a call from someone last week to say I'd won tickets to see this film on Tuesday (tomorrow) and they took my address to put the tickets in the post. By a process of elimination (just like Sherlock Holmes), I worked out it was from the Film Factory competition so emailed them to say the tickets hadn't arrived and that, as I am at a conference all day tomorrow, do they have a guest list so I can still see the film?
The response I've just received is:
Unfortunately there is no gues-tlist, but if you were contacted the tickets were definitely sent to you.

Now, is it just me being Monday-ish or is that quite a rude reply? There is no phone number on the website to contact anyone else so it looks as though I will miss the film. :mad:

Def complain, I won the same tickets but different competition and my tickets came on Saturday hth

Which cinema were you going to see the film at?
I have a spare pair for Wandsworth that I won through Evening Standard Eros comp, I won from Zavvi too and they sent physical tickets, the ES one is just an email.
Let me know if you'd like them and I can forward the email to you.

Sparky61, that's such a kind offer. I have PM'd you. I did email Film Factory straight after their reply but, of course, they have not responded. Without a phone number, it's quite difficult to find someone to complain to! Even the cinema we were due to go to was more helpful than the Film Factory, even though the screening is nothing to do with them!
