I get a £4 survey from them each week, but I can complete the survey but never see any details and when I log in with the correct details it says invalid. So I have gave up and stopped doing them.

same here, ive done loads of surveys for them but when i tried to log in it kept saying my username/password were wrong and they wouldnt answer any emails, plus havent heard from them for months now

Try logging in from the menu at the left side of the page. I've just done it now and it let me in.

Since receiving a cheque from them a couple of months or so ago, have only received one £1 survey. My balance currently stands at £15 and not going anywhere!

Mutual Points often send surveys to complete for 75 points, and the surveys are hosted by New Vista It's Your View. Am wondering whether they are doing more surveys using this method. It's certainly much cheaper for them.

I'm just waiting for £2 then I'll have my £50. I've had 2 surveys from them this year, the last one was on 1 May.

I may close my account when it reaches the £50. Who knows how long that will be though?

I've been with them about 6 months now and have had a handful of surveys however, most of the surveys I've done say that I don't qualify for them so I've only completed about 2.

I wouldn't recommend these people as there are better sites out there.

I received my £50 and am pleased with them. I'm about £15 into my next £50.

Once I received my first £50 they stopped sending me surveys and several months have now passed. I suspect they don't like actually paying anything out and work on the basis that it takes so long to reach £50 that most people never get that far, having answered just a few surveys before losing interest. It's those people who get the surveys because it never costs them anything. I can't imagine I'll ever reach the next £50.

Been using them for a while, up to £48, fingers crossed!

Good surveys, only annoyance is the time delay before they let you answer the questions - you'll see what I mean!

They also do referrals - I'm sure there will be someone touting for the few quid on the referrers board if you look there!
