Free Star? Urgent Help Please?

Hi everyone need some urgent help please?
My friends mom has just been told she is going to die soon and she has 2 little grandchildren who have been told and are understandably upset and confused (one is only 3)
I am sure it was on here that there was a site where you can name or have a star named after someone and thought it would be a nice way of the kiddies remembering their nana and of course some comfort to my friend that they can all look at the star when they want to see their nana.
Any help or links would be lovely.
Thanks in advance.

Slightly different view on this is a teddy bear which comes with a code to register on line and name a star. This is supposedly a unique star to the code and you can print out a grid reference to show where 'up in the sky' that special star is.
These teddies are sold in Toys are us for under a tenner each, i think mine is called a shining star and there are a variety of teddies to choose from, this may be more apt as it will be given as a gift to a child who can say they have a special teddy from nanny and their own star that shines down on them watching over them like nanny would have done.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

or something that is always nice is when you plant a tree for someone... if you ask at local park or something they may let you plant one there and if grandma goes along to help plant it will make it more special.I'm an MSE SLACKER!!!! Slap my bum.
Been a long time but i'm back.
