I suffer from migraines pretty terribly, and judging by the boards, I'm not exactly alone in that!

While I would not want to put people off getting something for nothing I feel obliged to point out the evidence for ginger helping migraine is very slight indeed, almost non existent.
Dr McLeary on the other hand can explain the logic and evidence behind his approach to dealing with migraine. I've put his recipe for his anti migraine cocktail on my googlepages.
