Hi everyone,
I suffer from migraines pretty terribly, and judging by the boards, I'm not exactly alone in that!
I saw this, and thought it might be useful for some people. For me, the worst part is the sensitivity to light, but everyone's migraine attacks are different.
Nature’s Best is offering free advice to Migraine sufferers and a free 30 day trial pack of Ginger as part of the Migraine Awareness campaign.
Nature’s Best High Strength Ginger Extract usually costs just £7.95 for 3 month’s supply. However to coincide with Migraine Awareness Week, Nature’s Best is delighted to offer sufferers the opportunity to try a special 30 day Free Ginger Trial Pack for just a £1 contribution towards p&p.
For more information and to request your free Ginger Trial Pack, please visit http://www.naturesbest.co.uk/migraine or call their Nutrition Advisors for free advice on 01892 552175

While I would not want to put people off getting something for nothing I feel obliged to point out the evidence for ginger helping migraine is very slight indeed, almost non existent.irishwench69 wrote: »Nature’s Best High Strength Ginger Extract usually costs just £7.95 for 3 month’s supply.
