Won A Competition For A Holiday Not Sure If A Scam Please Help Need A Quick Reply

I received a phone call from a company today called PDB Orlando saying that i had filled out a form on the internet where you enter all them competitions they said i had won a competiton and i could choose a 7 day holiday worth 1.500 pounds to either spain,portugal or the canaries i could book the holiday anytime 18 months from now flights and accommodation would be paid for all i would need to do is ring a free phone number today quoteing a winning code they have given me and they would send me confirmation and then i would just have to attend a place near me with confirmation of who i am and they would give me vouchers just for attending the competiton i entered was for plc resort and hotels the only thing they said i would have to pay out is 29.50 admin charge but they didnt say when i would have to pay that can anybody give me any advice on this whether they think its a scam or not

I had the call about 6 months back, i was looking for the link to previous posters of this comp , there is a thread somewhere which explains its a scam xxxx hold up xxx

It's a scam if they are asking for money even for admin charges.

"the 2 minute draw" were everywhere this summer offering this prize, and it is exactly the same set up as CLC aka club la costa, which prey on people in shopping centres with " a quick survey"
