Might as well donate your points as you sure as hell hardly receive anything you order from them. Ordered 2 magazines about March time..............big fat zero has arrived, don't even get me started on how rubbish their customer services are!!

I found their customer services to be excellent...though slightly bemused that the free phone number puts you through to the USA!

ive had numerous problems with it accepting diet cherry coke codes!- always add them on for me when phone customer support line!its just finding the time to get round to ringing.have donated some points that were sitting around!

Yeah some of the codes are pretty difficult to read. It's a pain to read the codes down the phone but handy for learning the phonetic alphabet.
