Hi
I was looking at the possibility of an IVA - but it is not applicable as I am in Scotland. Does anyone have information on Trust Deeds please?

Just seen your post - what do you want to know? I had one 6 years ago and was discharged 3 years ago - still can't get credit, nor change bank accounts! Mine was done through Moore Stephens in Glasgow and they were extremely helpful.0

Thank you for your reply. I have significant debts across a loan and two credit cards £25k. They don't ever seem to go down at all and I am starting maternity leave this week, which will see our money go down. My OH is self-employed, but currently suffering from Post Viral Fatigue (like Glandular Fever) and is unable to work at the moment as he can't drive. I am applying for various benefits to see if that will help. We can't afford to jeopardise the business as we hope to relaunch in the new year - and for me not to go back to work for long.
I have completed a spreadsheet and with some fine tuning I have managed to balance incomings and outgoings and I am resigned to the fact that it is a long term issue which I hope to sort over the next five years.First Direct Loan @ 7.9% £13,076.03/£20,250
