I have always been an O/S girl at heart and have been lurking for ages so have finally decided to bite the bullet and say Hello!

Iam a 41year old stay at home mom 2 kids, DS14 & DD4 and have always had to watch the pennies where the food bill is concerned due to only having one wage earner in our house (O/H) I have already manage to cut the food shop even further due to the number of great threads on this site and hope I will eventually be able to contribute.

    Many Thanks.

    Hello Icemaiden,
Your first sentence says great things about you already, 'A stay at home Mum ' what a smashing job you have dear ,never apologise for it. Welcome, the folk here are really nice and friendly, and of all ages I'm an old Grandma with 7 grandchildren, but I am still picking up valuble bits of information from the others on this board.
We are all mostly trying to get by without wasting our hard-to-find cash.Enjoy yourself and it does become extremely addictive

Hello Icemaiden  I'm a relative newcomer too, and totally addicted to the OS forum! Trouble is, by the time I've finished reading the posts, I've run out of time to post anything myself :rotfl: Have already picked up quite a lot of tips from here, it's brilliant.
