  • Mainly the very low value areas which were the last to see rises when the prices in the better areas had already gone up. The prices just caught up with the surrounding areas.

    I think it's a great place. The Marina is good for a night out and they are hosts of the Tall Ships Race(?) some time soon.

    I'm not sure that they would actually. They are mainly 2/3 bed terraced houses and still affordable to FTBs.
